Aidan Cullinane

Aidan Cullinane BSc (Hons), PgD, MSc, is the National Estate Manager (Technical Services Officer) for BIM & Digital Construction at HSE Capital & Estates. With nearly twelve years of dedicated service within the Health Service Executive (HSE), he operates under the leadership of the Chief Technical Advisor and the Head of the National Estates Information System (NEIS), Mr John Hopkins. In this role, he leads the strategic development and national deployment of comprehensive Whole-Lifecycle Information Requirements across capital delivery and operational estate management, directly aligned with international information management frameworks and the Capital Works Management Framework.
His technical mandate includes evaluating and designing the architecture for HSE Capital & Estates Information lifecycle needs, enhancing the Common Data Environment (CDE), integrating enterprise technology to support a whole lifecycle mindset, and researching advanced business intelligence analytics to drive cost control, statutory compliance, and digital handover. Aidan holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Information Modelling (BIM) & Digital Construction, a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied BIM, and an MSc in BIM & Digital Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO).”
