Ciara has made significant contributions over the past 30 years of her career to the healthcare landscape through her roles within the NHS and at the executive board predominantly operational and up to board level. Ciara’s core expertise is in transformation and change, she has expertly led several large-scale transformation and financial recovery programs, proving her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Currently, she serves as the Nova Program Director, the first of type electronic patient record initiative across three domains (acute community and mental health) at the Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust Hospital and Essex Partnership University Trust Hospital. This groundbreaking programme underscores her belief in digital technology as a pivotal enabler of improved work experiences for staff and enhanced care for patients.
