Niamh is the Engagement Lead for the Shared Care Record within the HSE, supporting its implementation and adoption across Ireland’s health regions. A qualified dietitian, Niamh has over 15 years’ experience across frontline clinical practice, healthcare transformation and ICT project management. Her clinical career included establishing dietetics services at University Maternity Hospital Limerick and leading multi-stakeholder quality improvement initiatives. Following an MSc in Digital Health Transformation, she moved into healthcare ICT, bringing her frontline experience to the design and delivery of the HSE Health App.
In her current role leading engagement for the Shared Care Record, Niamh works extensively with clinical, operational and digital teams across the regions to support implementation, adoption and change. She is focused on enabling more connected and integrated care through digital solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and the people they support.
